Contact the team

Include your iPhone model, app version, and a brief description of what happened. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or photos containing other people’s private information.

Membership and billing

Manage or cancel membership in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Autoregulate. If you reinstall or change phones, sign in to your existing Autoregulate account and choose Restore purchases from the membership screen. Use the Apple account that originally purchased it.

A successful purchase may take a moment to confirm. The app retries membership confirmation in the background. If a problem persists, contact us with the message shown. Refund requests are handled through Apple.

Your workouts and automatic sync

Your active session is saved on your phone. Completed workouts and saved changes sync automatically when you are signed in and connected. Keep the app open briefly after training if your connection has been unreliable; pending changes retry automatically. There is no manual backup step.

Use the same Autoregulate account on a replacement phone. An unfinished workout is local to the phone where you started it and is not live-synced between devices. Export your training data before making changes that remove local app data.

Gym photos and equipment

Take a wide photo of each training area, followed by closer photos of equipment where needed. Avoid other people and personal information. Review the identified equipment before saving it. You can add and remove equipment manually in My gym → Edit.

An analysis supports up to eight photos. Membership includes 30 analyses per calendar month, up to five per day. If an analysis fails, keep your selected photos and try again with a stable connection.

Rest timer alerts

Turn rest alerts on or off in Profile. If enabled alerts are not arriving, check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Autoregulate. Silencing alerts does not stop the in-app countdown.

Export or delete your account

Open Profile → Data & privacy to export your training data or request account deletion. Deleting your account does not cancel your App Store subscription. Read the full deletion instructions.
