Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in to the Autoregulate account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile → Data & privacy.
3. Export your data first if you want to keep a copy.
4. Choose Delete account and follow the confirmation prompts. You may need to sign in again for security.

What happens next

A background process removes your account’s training history, programs, equipment inventory, uploaded gym photos, and authentication account. It can retry if there is an interruption. Account deletion is permanent once processed.

A minimal deletion record is retained to prevent deleted account data from being recreated. Apple and RevenueCat may retain purchase and subscription records under their own policies and legal requirements. Files you have exported or shared remain wherever you saved them.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. To prevent renewal, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Autoregulate and cancel there.

Contact us from the email address associated with your account to request help or deletion. We will verify account ownership before acting. Never send your password.
